A Better Chance A Better Community (ABC2) was founded in 2012 by Mr. Chester Williams with the aim of empowering young individuals through a life skills program emphasizing positive values, healthy habits, and education within the framework of community development, culture, and awareness. This approach is envisioned to foster real-life transformative capabilities that shape young individuals into influential figures in their communities.

The World Changers Program stands out as the flagship initiative of ABC2, marking a collaborative effort by a network of youths dedicated to instigating positive changes within their communities.

ABC2's renowned program, The World Changers, targets individuals between the ages of 10 and 24, spanning diverse educational backgrounds, demographics, and geographical locations across North Carolina. The participants are those affected by health inequities and confronting imbalanced systems of care and resources.

Functioning as a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization and esteemed community entity, ABC2 is committed to providing unique cultural opportunities that equip young individuals with the essential skills needed to drive change in their respective communities.
